  1. Shout spray or gel

  2. on a nice day ,strip the bed completely and open the window, then get a soft scrub brush some upholstery shampoo and spray the spots, give it a good scrub and with a damp cloth wipe the surface, let it air dry for most of the day.

  3. Upolstry cleaner.Spray it on use a wet sponge and work it around ,get a clean cloth and sop it up.You may have to do this 2-3 times to get the make up out.

  4. For blood stains, I would recommend peroxide. Spray or pour a little onto the stains. They should fizz while the peroxide is breaking down the proteins of the blood. You may have to do it a couple of times. Then go over it with cold water on a rag or cloth.

For the makeup I would recommend white vinegar. It is a great stain remover and even works on makeup. The vinegar smell dissipates as it dries.

  5. Can I make a polite suggestion, if you do get these stains out go to a store that sells bedding and purchase a mattress protector to keep your mattress clean.  If you spill something on it then, or it gets marked with perspiration you can wash the protector.
