Getting started with Habitat for Humanity?

I would like to get involved with my local Habitat for Humanity program, but I have no Idea where to start! Can anyone help me???

1) After you locate where they are in your community, go there and fill out an application.

2) There are MANY jobs available.

If you don't know how to swing a hammer, they will show you.

If you don't like doing construction work, you can maintain the water and snack area.

If you don't like working outdoors, they have a retail store, you can help display and assist customers.

If you don't like to work inside a store, they can use you to help pick up donated items.

3) There are many thing you can do. Go down and see where your talents can best be used.

Just contact your local mayors office or probably even one of your local pastors of a church, they will know where one is currently getting built at, and God Bless You for getting involved, try and recruit up as many people as you can, Help is needed!!!
