Getting to Puerto Penasco, Sonora?

I am having such a hard time finding information about transportation to and from P.P. All the info I've found is very vague.

Ideally, I'd like to take a bus from the Phoenix airport to the border and then rent a car, as I may have to drive to Hermosillo or Nogales once I get there.

Does anyone know of bus services to the border and/or rental car companies IN Mexico that are located at the border or in Puerto Penasco?

i've traveled there many times and have NEVER  seen one, Hermosillo may have some, bus to the farther destination then rent?

Most rental car companies will not allow you to take a car into Mexico.  Also, it would be extremely unwise to do so.  it would be much better to take a bus if you need to go to Hermosillo or Nogales.  The site below has bus info and phone numbers to call for info.  On the 2nd site, read the 1st 2 postings...there is info on a shuttle from Phoenix including contact info.
