The tube trains stop at 12 midnight and start only at 5.45 in the morning. At least to help the passengers who are flying out early morning why cant they at least operate trains to the Heathrow terminals 24 hours a day?

  1. They carry out repairs to the tracks & do general maintenance during the hours the trains aren't running, they wouldn't be able to do that if they ran 24 hours a day.

I'm completely reliant on public transport myself to get around London so I sympathise, if you're in the same position you either need to find someone who will give you a lift, hire a taxi or make a different choice of departure time.
