Getting video's from online onto iPod? ?

Is there a program that I can download to get videos from the Internet onto my iPod? The program has to be free, I'm too cheap to buy one :P

If it helps, I have a 80GB iPod.

    but the videos downloaded from YouTuBe is flv format,ipod accepts only mp4 videos,so u need a professional third

    party software to convert the videos to MP4 videos,i used to iSkysoft ipod movie converter, it's easy to operate and support free upgrade..
