Getting your Blue Shirt at Best Buy??

What exactly do you have to do? I know you have to "earn" it, but how? they ask you questions about CARE plus and stuff, but thats all...what else do they ask? anything is appreciated.

It depends on what department you are in.

I'm a cashier/customer service and just got my blue shirt 2 months ago.

For me to get my blue shirt, I had to sell a certain amount of PRPs and Magazines in a day.

Also in Car-fi, wireless, and Home Theatre I know they have to sell a certain amount of products in a day to get their blue shirt.
