  1. Me and my team listen to warm up music getting changed, this pumpes us up, or make up a chant

  2. you need to be cheering with all you heart and as loud as you can! during the game encourage your team....yell things like play with your heart or want this...to test if your team really does want it. good luck!

  3. Show them you're ready to play and your pumped up by being loud and encouraging to your teammates. Cheer like mad when another player has a save or an excellent hit or serve.  Say "you got it next time" if they miss something even if you might be frustrated.  If there's debate about who's ball it was or you missed something, say "i got it next time' and shake it off. Once the point it done, it's done, no going back.

  4. our team did the "jump on it" cheer and here is another one

my name is ________ and you know what i got (rest of the team) what do you got? (you say)  i got a team that hotter than hot (the rest of the team says) how hot is that (you say) bump, set and spikers to. (rest of the team responds) so what's your point? (you say) were gonna beat the whoopsies out you! (rest of the team) all right okay!

  5. Everyone gets fired up in their own way some listen to music or sit in their own little world all in all cheers won't help if they don't want to play. I have never been one for cheers I don't not do them with the team, but if thats what you need to play hard then you do not have the right fire inside.

  6. ask only those players who are fix for the game to play

  7. BE LOUD AND CHEER HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
