Gettting like those little Bumpy POnytail things?

I dont know what to call it, but its when you ahve a ponytail and you have like a bump on you r water sput thing i always wanmnted somehting like that i thinnk they look cute. lol. But how do you do it?

Dont brush your hair unless it has alot of knots when you are making a ponytail try making a high ponytail without using the brush.
