Gf upset i keep calling her mom wrong name?

my gf is upset i have never called her mom by her ..name ..but i can never remember it even after all i try....so i usually end up claling her greg or joe or somethign.... jsut to call her somethign because i dont want to look dumb..

i knwo those are male names..but its all i can coem up with sumtiems at the spur of the moment..

anyways..weve been together almsot 3 years now..and she threatening to leave me over this..

what do i do??

For goodness sake, you really must try harder, you've known her mother for three years, think how silly you must sound, your girlfriend probably gets a hard time at home about it as it doesn't show a lot of respect...otherwise have a conversation with the mother and admit to her that you are sorry, but you have a real problem with names.

You can always write the mom name on ur palm with pen or write it on a piece of paper and look at it before you go out with ur gf.

Tell her that at least its not HER name your forgetting!!

do you know her mom.  Well if you don't try to get to know that family.. maybe if you know a lil bit more about them it would be easier to remember her name.

The other thing you can do is just REMEMBER HER NAME.
