you're not allowed to hunt ghosts in California any more.  There are so few left that the state has put ghosts on its endangered species list.

You also might want to try going to a "spiritual" store.  They may know of a group.  You could also try a university to see if there are any groups.

I saw my 4 ghosts in CA, no place else, (Ventura county), and a friend reported some amazing encounters in Simi Valley. CA is likely a 'hot spot' for paranormal happenings. From the native American population to historical events and figures, I'm surprised there isn't more news coming out of the area. I moved to the mid-west and haven't encountered any ghosts out here. Of course you know about the Winchester house in San Jose?
