  1. sit quietly in a room & listen not just with your ears but with your mind as well. ask these questions & wait for an answer before asking each next question.

ask your questions from with in your head if there is a ghost it will hear you & some do respond in your head the same way.

    who is here?

    what is it you want?

these 2 questions are all you need for now if you need more help after you get your answers it can be arranged

  2. In order to get the help that you need you have to be more open as to what is happening to you or in your home that makes you think you are being haunted..................

  3. -get a medium

-put a string of bells on the INSIDE of your bedroom door

(you have one if they ring without physical disturbances)

-use a video camera and walk around your home or wherever you think the ghost is in. If you see anything like orbs or apparations on the camera you couldn't see with your naked eye, you've got a ghost.

  4. It is unlikely you have a ghost...

To date there is no evidence to suggest ghosts exist. None.

All of the claims to their existence can be explained by a variety of natural causes (including imagination)...

    Let's look into the matter:

First off, it is unlikely that many of those who claim to see “ghosts” are lying: They likely do indeed experience something strange (to them) so they are probably sincere in their intent, just mistaken in their conclusion.

Human perception is easily fooled (ask any magician, and see first link)

Humans are pattern seekers and we like to have an answer. Our minds will sometimes make connections that don’t exist and we interpret these as illusions (again, first link)

Humans err in thinking more than we’d like to admit (we ALL do this – see second link). Often, we resist (or just don’t understand) having these errors pointed out to us.

Further, most such experiences occur late at night - it is dark, the house is quiet, we are tired - Quite sub-optimal conditions for our senses.

Finally, often we can’t readily explain away all that we experience. Sure we might have an idea as to how some things work in the world, but many natural concepts defy “common sense” or everyday experiences (This is also probably a reason science is difficult to many).

So we then ask ourselves which is MORE likely; that ghosts exist or that people can misinterpret their experiences. Until there is better evidence, we must claim the latter.
