Ghost in Islam??????

A coworker and i were just arguing about if there are ghost or not...

I in my opinion don't believe in ghost.....

What does it say in Islam about ghost???? Do they exist

Slmz...There is no such thing as ghosts, BUT there are Jinn and yip Shaytaan, but shaytaan will not generally come and trouble or become visible, Jinn however, take different forms, they occupy abandoned houses, they trouble people or even posess them. Has been proven. So yip you right, when people say theyve seen a ghost, the word 'ghost' is a general modern term to describe it, but its actually a Jinn!

Ghosts do not exist in islamic belief; we moslims do believe in the existance of gennes which they can see us and we can't see them.Also called as evil spirits but not all of them( some are moslims,some are christians,some jewish,some don't believe in God )

Also nothing about any religion here, I don't think Buddhists would say ghosts exists when another religion said they don't exist.

dude they do exsit. my cousin used to have one in her house that looked like the ring girl and she kept on saying she wanted to play with my cousin in her sleep and some people were recording sounds to talk to a ghost in the atic and they heard creaking sound come from a doll.

We don't believe that souls wander here and there after death,

We believe that among Jinns are Muslims and Non Muslims,

and we don't believe in casper type of ghosts,

Only Jinns exist but u don't want to know them:-)
