Ghost outside window of friend?

ok so my friend told me last night he was sleeping and at about midnight he opened his eyes and peered out his window and saw this thing he said had a messed up eye and long hair that kept flying around his house until about 12:30 could someone give me some answers to what this might be ?

I DNT KNOW I DNT BELIEVE THAT BUT I DO BELIEVE N SPIRITS OR WHATEVER IF I SEEN N E THING IT WOULD LOOK LIKE A SHADOW A PERSON STANDING IN A ROOM WITH VERY LITTLE LIGHT I DNT KNOW HE BETTER PRAY JUST N CASE...WOW
