Does anyone know of good ghost tours in Melbourne?

White hat tours used to do them, but they don't run them anymore! Also, has anyone been on the Haunted Bookshop ghost tour and is it good?

  1. My daughter and I took the Tour a couple of years ago.

A play called THE WOMAN IN BLACK was on at the time ( a ghost tale With John Waters and the guy that is now in neighbours and was the Vet in McLeod's Daughter) and we saw that as a matinee and then took the Haunted Book Shop Ghost Tour.....

I found it very interesting and thoroughly enjoyed hearing so much about Melbourne's History but I wasn't scared at any point... NOT THE FAULT of the tour ..I just don't scare easily..

BUT it's an interesting and relatively inexpensive outing ... and I would recommend it.

  2. One runs on Saturday nights from a bookshop out of McKillop St near the corner of Queen...it's a little lane that runs in between Little Collins and Bourke Sts.

I have heard that it's good and have wanted to go on it myself as my friend works on it but have been slack.

  3. Have heard good reports but have not done the tour,do plan to in future, here are the links available.
