Ghosts? Weird random shivering?

Question

I constantly get shivers up my spine and a moment ago through my arm and half my chest! I'm just looking for your interpretations of my scenario, like ghosts or no ghosts, etc. Also, when I was seven and younger, I would choke and gag almost every time I went near this one staircase in my house.

That shivering is your soul telling you that other spirits are present.... And the choking and gaging is something children do when a passing thru or by spirit.............................

go to your local libary and look up the history of your house it turned out someone died in are house and she was haunting us intill i told her it is alright you can go to the other side. i personly did a small looking around to see if they found her killer because she was murdured and they hadent so that is why she was haunting us. are house once had a good spirit that set the table every morning and also hated having the light off in the basement lol. so from my experince it is a spirit trying to tell you something the chokeing could have being how she died someone choked her to death in my case it was a sharp pain in my chest and are sperit was stabed in the chest but look up the history of your house and remeber they can't hurt you. so try getting near the stair case and say it is alright you can move on to the other side or your house is on a native barial ground and then you might need to move because they hate when you disturbe there barial grounds (sorry for all the spelling errors i got a 68 in english so my spelling is really bad)
