Giambi for rollins....?

i dont know if he will accept it but if he does is it good for me? i need a shortstop badly, i have giambi playing in the 1st/3rd slot so i will start chase headley there if i trade him. what i am thinking is that he will buy into what giambi has been doing this season and then giambi will come back down to earth.

Sorry man, but your offering a player I can pick up off the FA list for last year's MVP.  NOBODY in their right mind would except that trade straight up.

Why don't you try for Hanley Ramirez instead?  Better yet, offer Carlos Silva for Johan Santana.

Kidding aside.  Giambi brings very little to the table besides power.  Even if you threw in a decent SS like Stephen Drew, the deal still wouldn't be fair.
