The former Napoli and Chelsea star states that he wants the best side to progress, wishing his “two favourite teams” luck ahead of their clash at Stamford Bridge.
In an interview before the first-leg of the Napoli-Chelsea tie, Gianfranco Zola conceded that he could not separate his loyalty between the two outfits.
The diminutive striker enjoyed highly successful spells at the Naples and the London side, and was a fans’ favourite at both the clubs.
Napoli and Chelsea face-off in the second-leg of the Champions League last 16 round tie, with the first-leg won convincingly by the Naples outfit. Walter Mazzarri’s men were convincing in the match played

Gauging from his massive experience, the striker gave his expertise on the match, stating:
“In games of this kind, when a team must retrieve a result, it is of fundamental importance that they put their opponents under pressure, so as to reach their desired result.”
Analysing the key components in the two sides, Zola mentioned that both of them have an advantage going into the match, and pinpointed the strengths of the two sides by suggesting:

qualities in modern football that are really important.”
The former Cagliari player was of the opinion that it would be a thoroughly entertaining encounter given the stakes of the match.
Andre Villas-Boas was sacked from the Chelsea managerial post and has been replaced by Roberto Di Matteo, who will be hoping that Chelsea can salvage some pride in this topsy-turvy season of theirs.
