The Rossoneri defender insists that he still feels like a footballer, and will move to USA or Dubai; believes AC Milan need a new Andrea Pirlo

http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gianluca-Zambrotta-c14831 has stated that his failure to add a UEFA Champions League trophy to his name will always remain the regret of his career, and insists that he will move abroad to continue playing the game.
The veteran defender is set to leave San Siro after the Rossoneri refused to offer a new deal to the ageing World Cup winner.
Zambrotta insisted that he still feels he has a lot of football left in him, and stated that he is considering a move to USA or Dubai, so that he can prolong his career.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 player has enjoyed a career full of silverware, but there is one trophy that eluded his otherwise illustrious footballing life.
The Rossoneri full-back insisted that he did not manage to win the UEFA Champions League, and the failure will always stay with him as a regret.
While talking to the Corriere dello Sport, the 35-year-old said:
“I still feel like a footballer and I want to try an experience abroad. Where? Dubai or the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/United-States-c3034. I didn’t manage to win the Champions League."
Zambrotta is one of the many senior players that have left AC Milan in the summer, but the veteran defender rues the departure of Andrea Pirlo last year.
The former Juventus defender insisted that the Bianconeri playmaker's departure was a huge loss for the Diavolo, and stated that the team will need to find another talent like him.
The veteran full-back suggested that the Milan outfit can look towards Marco Verratti as a possible replacement for the Juventus midfielder, and insisted that the Pescara playmaker can grow to be the next Pirlo.
“Milan need to find a new Pirlo. His sale was a big mistake. I’d advise the Rossoneri to buy Marco Verratti of Pescara. He is an element that is growing and maturing. He could get very close to Andrea.”
Verratti’s talent has also been acknowledged by Cesare Prandelli, who included the Serie B midfielder in his 32-man squad for Euro 2012.
