The number one shot stopper at the Juventus Arena has gone on to comment on the prospects of Marco Verratti and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Salvatore-Sirigu-c32282 at the Parc de Princes outfit.
There has been a mass exodus of players from Italy in the past few seasons to other leagues of the world, and for a country which does not see many nationals transferring to other countries, their recent departures to other countries has been an anomaly
of sorts. Many of those transfers are taking place to the French league and Paris-Saint Germain in particular. Recent examples include the transfers of Salvatore Sirigu, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thiago-Silva-c34903, Marco Verratti and Ezequiel
Lavezzi.
Salvatore Sirigu was snapped up by Carlo Ancelotti from Palermo whereas Marco Verratti’s signature was secured after a deal between the Parc de Princes outfit and Pescara moved through. The Italian goal keeper, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gianluigi-Buffon-c14833, has specifically commented
on the prospects of the Italian youngsters at the club and during the press conference he was a part of, he went on to state positive things about the two players.
While reflecting on the Pescara wonder kid, Marco Verratti, Buffon went on to comment that it was a big achievement to be starting regularly at a such a tender age for a big club; mentioning that it would do him a world of good while he was still learning
the skills of the trade. However, Buffon was a bit sad while reflecting on the fact that Verratti could not given a chance by any Italian clubs, and went on to state:
“Marco is today a first team starter in a big club, that is in the Champions League, which is what they promised him in Paris. In Italy, nobody had the courage to offer him the same.”
Sirigu, currently the goalkeeper at PSG, is also held in high regard by Buffon, who was quoted to have said:
“Sirigu? He’s a good kid, an explosive and reactive goalkeeper. Sirigu did well by going to France. It’s a very delicate role in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 where you can do well for six months, make two errors and then be replaced. Salvatore cut the umbilical cord with Italy
and that is a good thing for his development.”
The Bianconeri star was talking to the press prior to the international friendly they have against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899.
