Giant Japanese Paper Fan

have you guys ever seen those HUGE fans that the japanese people carry around sometimes. It's one of the items in Super Smash Bros. too.

Any idea where i can get one (besides Japan)

or..any idea how i can make one?

It's pretty easy to make it.You prepare a big sheet of paper and fold it by turns then fix a point with gummed tape or something.
