When he said "im Not Retired" to the fans at AT&T Park

Did he mean the Giants, or another Team, becuase it seamed like he wanted to go back to the Giants

And how do you rate the Ceromony for 1-10?

And, Do you think its time do let Tyler Walker Go?

  1. The event was a 10, but how could it not be with Barry and Willie there.

I don't believe Barry was implying anything, other than he would like to play, which he nor his agent has made a secret.

Tyler needs to go, but remember he has already been let go twice before and we just keep giving him another shot because he is a local kid and a so called (I hate our promotion this year) gamer.

The yard had a buzz Saturday that has been missing.  Great seeing BB and we appreciated his acknowledging us, like he always did for us in the 138!

  2. i think tyler walker needs to go

  3. He means he wants to play. That's probably the reason he went to the event, so he could publicly tell every team in MLB that he wants to play. That's what this was to him, a job application.

  4. I'm a New York Giants fan so i'll answer :P lol

He meant that he still wants to play.....i took it to mean for anyone...not just the giants

10 for the ceremony because Bonds actually showed up

Walker will probably come back anyway....he always does

  5. He just wanted to point out his status to those in the stands as well as any team scouts in the crowd that may see he's still fit and ready to play the game.

Also, since the "hatchet" was buried between the Giants and Barry, after his "letting go", it appeared that he may have a job with the franchise after he retires.

From my season corporate suite, it looked like the ceremony was a success like the other "reunions" earlier in the year, but I couldn't believe how many HR's the entire outfielder reunion group hit as a whole!

  6. i think he meant his hope was to go back to the giants but he would take any job where the money was good enough.

    eh 5

    YES!

  7. probably reminding everybody about him and maybe hinting to the Giants that he would like to come back if offered.

  8. I believe he was implying that he wasn't retired.

    What else would it be?

  9. he will never play for the giants again and i know he is mad about that

i have insider information that barry may sign with the yankees

and no i do not think it is time to let tyler walker go

he is the kind of pitcher who either is doing great or horrible and you will never know till its too late

  10. I don't think he was implying anything.  He and his agent have been very clear he still wants to play.  He has been keeping himself in shape and was hoping someone would sign him.  Some teams could use him.

    Yes to cutting Tyler Walker.
