A day after practicing with the Giants on a limited basis despite a back injury, guard Shawn Andrews showed up for work and was unable to go, according to Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger.But there’s more to the story.  According to a league source, Andrews was in so much pain that he eventually was sent to a local hospital.
