Gift Ideas for 4th month-a-versery?

September 2nd will be mine and my boyfriends 4th month-a-versery, this has been my longest relationship and I have no idea what to get him, I find it really hard to shop for guys. I want to get him something nice and romantic. I love him more than anything. I just want to git him something nice and a bit romantic, so any Ideas on what I could get him for our 4th month-a-versery???. any ideas would be much appresheated thank you.

Usually when you first start dating the 6 month anniversary and yearly your first year and after are important. I wouldn't even know what to tell you dinner?
