Gift for a teacher who is leaving...?

My math teacher has decided to move out of state soon, and our classes were just told today. I wanted to get her a gift because she is leaving but I don't have many ideas. She's sorta young, in her late 20s... I have no idea what the perfect gift would be. Does anyone have good teacher gift ideas?

Some good teacher gifts would be: Candles, a frame that says number #1 teacher on it. And maybe some sort of candy. And car air fresheners would work great also. !! ~ Ariel

Some kind of "spa" treatment would be nice where they do hair, nails, massage etc.
