both are fantastic players, i think the Cardinals could use the extra bat, but they already have a lot of outfielders, two that hit well over .300.  I think Halladay would help more.

That's a tough decision. I'm a Cubs fan and both of those positions on our team are great. I'm going to go with Roy Halladay though. Our outfield is solid enough where we don't need another. We have a great starting rotation except for Jason Marquis, the one major hole in our team. Imagine going from Marquis 8-7 record with a 4.67 ERA and 68 SO to Halladay with a 14-9 record with a 2.64 ERA and 159 SO. The Cubs would easilt surpass the Angels as the best team in the MLB. Imagine a rotation of Halladay-Zambrano-Harden-Dempster-Lilly. Unstoppable.
