Gifted Education Specialization?

I am planning on taking a test so that I can specialize in gifted education. I will most likely take the Praxis "Gifted Education" test.

Does anyone have any advice on resources I could use to study for that test?

What are the best books, magazines, journals, and web sites for teachers of gifted students?
