  1. You don't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Put the $100 in your college fund.

You going to college will be the best gift in the world to her.

  2. Wow.  I do not think that she would want you to spend all of it on her.  So put most of it away.  Ask her what are her favorite places to shop, where she buys her gas, and what are her favorite restaurants, then chose one of those and purchase her a gift card.  Make a nice card for her that tells her exactly why she is your favorite teacher.  Put the gift card inside the card you made and give it to her.  She will love it.

Also, a nice note to the principal about why she is your favorite teacher will also mean the world to her.

By the way, you must be  an awesome student.  She is fortunate to have you in her class.

  3. Do you know her first name? Those notepads with "A note from "Elizabeth" (or whatever her name is...) are fun and useful. A letter from you too would be lovely. I love it when my kids give me little cards or letters. What a sweet kid you are to be thinking so hard of a gift for Mrs Gully. Dont spend much money though, she will appreciate your thoughts.

  4. I don't think you need a hundred dollars for a teachers gift but how about a nice plant and a hand written card

  5. I think you should give her a handwritten note that shows just how much she means to you, and then a box of chocolates to make the whole thing even sweeter!

  6. i personal love to get gift cards to places I shop the most. Such as Target, Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I  don't like gift cards to places like Starbucks. Also nothing edible. Get her something she can geuniely use. I think gift cards are the best because it gives the teacher the an opportunity to get exactly what it is she wants.

  7. Go to www.tappestree.com for some great personalized gifts.  I've ordered several gifts from this company and everyone loves them!

  8. If she is your favorite teacher, you will know what she likes. And it matters on the occasion. If you wanted to give her something for Easter, you could have given her candy.

  9. My 9 years old daughter draws beautiful things and writes a letter to her teachers.  The teachers appreciate it very much.  They like it very much when their students writes thank you letters, poems or drawings to show how appreciative they are to the teachers.

  10. i dont necessary think that you should just buy her something expensive, write a note to her about how u feel, like how you think she is ur favorite teacher and a box of candy and flowers would be nice. :D

  11. How very sweet that you want to get your teacher a gift to show your appreciation for her.  As a teacher, I would not want any student to spend that much money on me.  A handwritten note along with a gift to a bookstore, or a donation to her favorite charity in her name might be appreciated.  I have received many coffee mugs over the years and am not a coffee drinker... so you might want to avoid those unless you know she's a coffee drinker.

  12. I think the best gift you could offer to your favorite teacher is by giving her a  personalize item. Personalize is where you make out by yourself. I'm sure your teacher will be glad to receive your gift because you make it out of hardship. And also with sincerity.

  13. teachers love getting personal notes from students and they also love teaching gifts, books, planners, etc.  If you don't know what to get, get a giftcard for a local teacher store or bookstore.

  14. Get her the gift of what you just said...that she is your favorite teacher. Sit down and write her a poem saying that and why...then write it in a card and give it to her with a pretty bunch of flowers.

  15. First of all, $100 is a lot to spend on a teacher.  I suggest writing a letter or poem to express how you feel about her, I've done it and the teachers seem to enjoy it a lot better than just a gift.  But if you want to get her a gift, try something personalized, since you have the money, like a notepad with her name on it, or coffee mug that says her name and #1 teacher; something along those lines.  Or maybe also a gift card to a book store or teacher's store so she can get supplies for her class. Good luck.

  16. My daughter is a elementary teacher, and she appreciates getting gift cards to a book store, or someplace to eat.  If it's a book gift card she would always have something to remember you by.

  17. Being a teacher myself, the best gifts that Ive ever recieved have been hand made by the students.  Anyone can go out and buy something, but something that a child creates on their own is more valuable than anything that can be bough in a store, and most teachers, apprecieate the time and energy that you put into it.

  18. buy a beautiful bouquet for her and a beautiful set of pens...that will make her remember you always

also give one hand made card as it is priceless and she will love it very much

  19. I was once a preschool teacher and one of the gifts I remember the most was a big container of usual supplies and some common supplies.  For example, a small paint roller with a design on it, the children enjoyed it.  Other examples were a foot sponge, a child sponge, paper clips, and some hole punchers with different shapes.  Then there was the card that went with it, it was very special.

  20. Buy a small scrap book and some supplies. Decorate the pages and put pictures of yourself and other classmates in it. Fill the pages up with handwritten memories of her class and whatever else you felt that you have learned from her, and the stuff that you enjoyed while being in her class.

I doubt that she would want you to spend 100 dollars on her. Keep it simple and thoughtful.

Those books that you can order that are personalized are cute too. Search "Personalized gifts" and you will find a lot of cool ideas.

  21. i like your picture and do not give her a 100 dollars just buy her something you like and your mom and dad!

    Hope you get good answers!

  22. first of all you spelt dollars wrong. and you should get her some nice candles and bath stuff and maybe donate some old books to her class room

    - i hope these ideas are helpful

  23. Teachers always appreciate receiving a giftcard from their favorite bookstore or office supplies store.

  24. Yellow roses are for friendship and would be very nice with a thank you card.

  25. Find out what she likes before you get her a gift, this way you'll have some ideas.

  26. Maybe a something nice related to school thing.

    Good luck!

  27. If you want to buy something, http://www.abernook.com has a nice selection of gifts for teachers. They everything from handmade, specialized teachers bracelets to coffee mugs to cookie or lollipop bouquets.

If you don't want to spend your money or more than $10 - $20, it's up to you. A nice Hallmark card with a personalized message would be nice. You could write a poem like many people have been suggesting before. You could give her a framed picture of you or you and herself. Get creative.

  28. Ms. Gully is very lucky to have a student that is as caring as you are. Keep your money. Put it in a savings account and try some of the things other people wrote. Or you can give this a try....Write a letter nominate, her for teacher of the year. Let the dean of the school know what a great teacher she is. Ask if you could read a poem that you and your other classmates wrote over the p a system. This will let the whole school know just how great this teacher is. Plant a tree in her honor. Let her know where the tree is and make a small wooden plaque for the tree with your teachers name on it. The best gift you can give is your voice. Those are the things we teachers treasure the most. When expensive gifts are given to us we feel guilty. We know you need things more than we do. What we need are more students who care like you.
