Gigaplant rulings?

if u use ur gigaplants effect to special summong ur lonefire from ur graveyard to the field, can my opponent DD crow that lonefire? i heard my friend say no because it targets hands and graveyard with gigaplants effect, so i dont know. anyone knows the rule?

Gigaplant does not target so you dont say what you want to summon or from wear until resolution so in response to activating it's your opponent can use D.D. Crow to remove the Lonefire Blossom but that doesn't mean you cannot special summon something else as long as you have an other plant or insect type monster in your hand or grave yard.

Gigaplant doesnt target so if u discard crow then he can choose an other monster
