The Welsh winger has accepted his bit-part role for the English giants and claimed that he had gotten used to not playing every week over the last few years.

Due to his advanced age, Giggs has been utilized more and more as an attacking midfielder and rarely does he feature on the wing. Nonetheless, he can still show his burst of speed and go past defenders with ease, which is a clear testament to his abilities.
And as United have acquired some truly world-class midfielders in the last two years, the former Wales’ captain has seen his game time go down by a large margin.
Nonetheless, he remains committed to the club’s cause and reiterated that he had accepted his fate as a bit-time player for the Red Devils as he winds down his extra-ordinary playing career.
Speaking to reporters, the winged wizard claimed that he was used to sitting out weekend matches and that his services would be required later on when the going gets tough.
"It’s not a new thing for me, not getting in the team every week. It's been happening a bit over a few years. I have got used to it. I don’t worry too much because I know that, come the business end of the season, I'll be ready, I'll be fit and the manager
will use me."
Although slightly rusty at the start of the term, Giggs commented that he had regained his fitness after putting in extra effort with the managers.
"I was at the Olympics so I missed the majority of the club's pre-season training and that meant I was perhaps a little bit [more] rusty than others. But I've managed to get back in shape over the last few weeks, working with the coaches."
