Gianluca Pagliuca has stated that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gianluigi-Buffon-c14833 has proved that he is back in his supreme from, and believes that the veteran’s role was central in Juventus’ Scudetto triumph.
The former Bologna and Inter Milan goalkeeper is currently a commentator for Mediaset Premium, and lent some words of praise for the Old Lady keeper, in a recent interview with Calcio News 24.
Pagliuca stated that the quality and excellence of Buffon is something, which the football fans have experienced and loved for a long time. The former Azzurri goalkeeper insisted that the Bianconeri keeper’s performance in the
league is nothing short of phenomenal, and stated that the veteran played a vital role in guiding his side to the league victory.
The commentator admitted that the Old Lady player’s mistake against Lecce, almost cost the Turin giants the title, but insisted that one error in the course of a whole season is acceptable.
While talking to Calcio News 24, the 45-year-old said:
“Buffon has had a great season and we’re certainly not discovering his talent now. He risked compromising the title with his mistake against Lecce, but you can accept one error over the course of a campaign.”
Pagliuca insisted that it is hard to fathom what the Scudetto triumph means for Buffon, as it has come after years of struggle during which the veteran had to face all sorts of problems.

quality was also placed into doubt.”
Buffon has conceded only 16 goals in the 35 appearances for Juventus, this season.
