1. because girls are the ones who are unable to run away from a pregnancy (other than a potentially traumatic abortion). so there is ancient social pressure on girls to be very fu(king careful with who they have s*x with, and when they do it.

2. i think that there is a general multicultural suppression of female sexuality. i think it's an aspect of patriarchal society to try to disempower and control people, males included, but especially females by the suppression of sexuality.

the second point there is a big topic obviously, and the territory is certainly shifting in the past few decades.

might of been accurate 50 years ago. You should look up the word misandry. It seems to fit this post well.

        "w***e" "s**t" and other such words are used to describe an action. The action being have sexual intercourse repeatedly with different partners or people not your not in a relationship with.

        Since s*x is an action both a female and a male can do both terms could fit for either a man or a women.

      That said I think the term stupid applies to people who are too promiscius(STDs...STDs....pregancy.....)

You do realize that a girl can have an oral s*x or anal s*x encounter without getting pregnant.

Being promiscuous doesn't always include vaginal penetration.  I know girls who have given oral s*x to 20 men, but never let those guys have intercourse with them..hence there was no chance of getting pregnant.

So, in my opinion, the "getting pregnant" doesn't always apply...You can still receive sexual satisfaction without vaginal penetration.

ok if i guy sleeps around he is a player if a girl does the say she is a s**t. personally i say **** players and s***s if your gonna sleep around male or female then you are no good. you should be faithful serioulsy did no one tech you s*x ed? if you sleep around you will get STDs STIs a baby do you know how many diseases there are? no child of mine would ever think about cheating on anyone i would kill them for sure it is not fair on them nor the other people involve esp when you are dumb enough not to know who your baby's father is

There may be atendency to disapprove more of women who have s*x with a lot of people than men, but does it really matter?  It's not as if women in modern western societies are getting dragged out and stoned to death or anything.

I think the sexual double standard is because it is women who get pregnant, and men are uneasy at the thought of ending up supporting childen who are not theirs.  

However, in modern western societies, women can have as much s*x as they like without actually suffering any legal consequences, so does the disapproval of a few people really matter?
