I enjoy a good Tom Collins, but it's hard to find a place that knows how to make them. I usually settle for  Gin & Tonic and ask for double lime.

I'm not exactly sure how to make a Tom Collins but I know how to make a Gin & Tonic so to be on the safe side my answer is Gin & Tonic.
