Giorgio Chiellini confident Juventus would recover from Sporting Lisbon defeat in the USA Tour

The Italians lost the game 2-1 and mostly due to a poor defence, but the defender is confident that the Bianconeri would come back strongly
in the upcoming weeks.
Antonio Conte’s squad faced early problems during the game and Sporting striker, Yannick Djalo, gave an early advantage to his team in the 13th minute. The striker doubled his tally in the final minutes of the first half that left the Old Lady
in a two-goal deficit going into the second half.
Conte made wholesale changes to the squad at the start of the 2nd half and used all his options. Juve were able to find the back of the net in the 80th

The Bianconeri head coach, after the game, claimed that he wanted more intensity and aggression from his men. On the other hand, Chiellini believes that in order to get the desired results, they need to give in their best in the training and need to have
full concentration on the task at hand.
While talking to media, Chiellini discussed the scenario and the future ambitions.
"We knew that by training really hard during the week we would likely lose a game at the start of pre-season, but winning would have helped our conviction," Chiellini told Tuttosport.
"But, now we will try to find the right result in the next few games. We struggled against Sporting for over an hour and you could see that they are more advanced in terms of preparation compared to us. We are trying to do what the coach wants and I am sure
that we will do much better in our next few games." He concluded.
