The Italian international will fight until the last drop of blood to win the Scudetto for the Old Lady; demands 100 percent from his teammates
Juventus defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Giorgio-Chiellini-c14963, is upbeat that his side will get the better off AC Milan come the end of the season.
The Turin giants are in a superb run of form, and they continued it as they defeated http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 3-0 in their recent league match. The victory saw the Old Lady’s deficit cut down to just two points, as their closest rivals, AC Milan
witnessed a 1-1 stalemate in their respective week 30 game of the season.
Juventus and Milan have been involved in a season long title battle, and the race for Scudetto is expected to go down to the wire. With only eight matches left to play in the league this season, it is extremely hard to pick out
a winner. However, Chiellini is confident that his team will give Milan a run for their money.
The former Fiorentina star has advised his teammates to focus on their eating and smoking habits, as it will have a lot of say in deciding the title for his side. He also urged all the player’s to keep a check on their behaviour
on the field, as they set an example for the youth.
While talking during a visit to a local school, Chiellini added:
“I am certain Juventus will fight to the bitter end for the Scudetto. I tell youngsters not to smoke, to eat healthily and do lots of sports. We football players know that we set an example for children, so for this reason we must
keep an eye on our behaviour.”
The Old Lady have revived their lost form after two unconvincing campaigns of late. Juve finished 7th in the league standings last season, but they have made a strong breakthrough in the current campaign. Antonio Conte’s
appointment as the manager has lead the club to a very successful campaign, as they are not only battling for the Scudetto, but they are also in the final of Coppa Italia.
Juve are almost certain to play in the Uefa Champions League next season.
