Giotto premium - is it a lemon?

Had it repaired worked for about 2 weeks then it wouldn't heat up. Espresso came out tepid. Turn the steam valve on, and pressure immediately plummeted. Then it started to work properly for about a week before the problem resurfaced. Today a new one - pumps cuts out when the lever is lifted to pour an espresso. Water just barely warm. In the shop the following had been done: pressure adjusted, replaced safety valve, liquid level probe and 2 gaskets.
