The former Bayern Munich striker has admitted that it will not be easy for the Germans to win in Madrid in the second-leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final.

Elber is confident that his former side can get an impressive result at the Santiago Bernabeu this week when they play in the second-leg of the Champions League semi-final. He insists that the Bavarians need to work as a unit if
they need to get a similar result as the first fixture.
The former Brazilian international added that the players need to be on their toes for the clash as it will not be a walk in the park against one of the best sides in Europe.
“It's always tough against Real, especially in Madrid. To hold their own there, and come out on top, the whole team need to operate as an absolute unit, with everyone really fighting for everyone else. That's the only chance you
have of overcoming Madrid,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The 39-year old claimed that Bayern’s defence will have to play a vital role in the fixture as Los Blancos have an attack minded team with the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Karim-Benzema-c20350, Mesut Ozil and Angel Di Maria set to take

“For sure, they'll need to come up with a similar performance. The defence needs to hold firm, because Madrid invariably play an aggressive, attack-orientated game at home. Mario Gomez probably won't get to see much of the ball,”
he concluded.
Bayern and Real Madrid will lock heads this Wednesday at the Santiago Bernabeu with the home side trailing by one goal. A 1-0 win for the Spanish side would take them through on away goals.
