  1. the strength of bones is not decided by s*x ,but by the stress it experiences bones actually give the framework for our body the strength of the framework is decided by the work a person does

    and yes estrogen helps in making it stronger this is why at menopause women are asked to take supplementary calcium as they are at risk of osteoporosis


  2. Strong bones are primarily down to genetics. People can be born with very dense strong bones and people weak fragile one. There is no difference between genders. There are lots of factors that contribute to bone strenght, mainly diet. More Calcium, and vits the stronger/denser bones. However, during pregnancy and after pregnancy, when woman lactate, their bones tend to become temporarily stronger that before.

  3. oestrogen does contribute to stronger bones. osteoporosis usually occurs in women when they reach menopause because the body's oestrogen production decreases resulting in brittle bones.  i'd say that on average, males have stronger bones, especially later on in life
