You can use both. First apply liquid foundation, and then wait a couple minutes and put powder on top for a matte finish.

i prefer foundation but only on some parts.. but when i go out or something i put on both.. i mean i used to. now i don't use make up.

um well i am not sure what mine is really cuz its like a solid stick that you just put on but then i also wear mineral foundation over that so ya

I use the mineral powder and it works great for me.

my cover up isnt liquid or powder its more like a paste consistency IDK wat brand it is I dont pay attention but its in this little round glass thing and it works real well! I love it and I use the bronzer too!

Liquid. But I like tinted moisturizer- that's my foundation. Also, liquid works better with concealers.
