Girl Socializing Problem?

OK So I am a boy 17 years old and I have a tough time talking to girls in my grade. I am a good looking boy so if I can start talking to them more I think I can be successful in that department. So my question is how do I socialize better and create small talk? I have trouble goin up to a girl saying hey and then keeping a convo going while throwing in a little flirtation while keeping her entertained?!!! So if you can please help me with how to small talk with girls that would be great! Best answer gets 10 points!

talk to her like ur talking to ur friend

take it slow

show her how u feel by giving small hints

if she seams positive about it -

tell the girl that you find her interesting, you are attracted to her, both physically and intellectually, and that you are somewhat shy and new to socializing combined with dating. Smile sweetly and look her in the eye. don't lie, we can tell when guys lie. girls like shyness in a guy, and they like when guys aren't players, when guys pay attention to only the girl who they are interested in with all their focus on the one girl you like.
