Girl scout silver award help!!!?

um, im doing this one patch and i need a list of all the vitamins and minerals and what they do and stuff like that. i cant seem to find a full list when i search on google so if anyone could help me out i would appreciate it. maybe if you know of a website or if you have any links... please and thanks so much to those of you who help!

Just search for 'what to vitamins do' and you'll find a bunch of sites.
