i have not heard of "girly" bumbells but im gathering you mean the ones with little weight?

in which case save your money and use canned food if you are at home, using a large can of beans  not dumbells will help define muscle in women. or just go to most sports shops and ask for small weights suitable for women.

Garage sales.  People are always selling these off because girlie dumbbells are useless and do not contribute in any way to your personal fitness.

Use real dumbbells if you want to actually get fitter.  Use girlie dumbbells if you just want to look cute.
