Very simple. Just eat a lot of tomatoes, berries and veggies to help skin. Drink plenty of water. and for makeup try bare minerals. Trust me it's the best. Your skin feels softer when you wear it. And wash your face in the morning and before going to bed with a product that contains salycylic acid or benzoyl peroxide to help with your blemishes.
