For example, a girl would jokingly say I'm gonna drop kick you to the guy and the guy replies back in a serious tone with a smirk on his face "I'd like to see you try". What would girls think of a guy like this?

I love it when i can playfully tease or pick on a guy and they can do the same to me...it just shows how comfortable you are with each other
