Girls, what is the most succesful diet you've ever been on?

hey. i've put on a bit of weight this summer and i was wondering what the best way to lose it would be?

i'm aiming to lose 10lb at least.

  1. i once ate just six tomatoes a day for a week.. that worked pretty good..

    The best one for me that i can do on a long term was:

    Having four meals a day of 400 calories, but eating two full vegetables before every meal,

    Drinking green tea twice a day, and coffee only every other day..

    It worked really well..


  2. Drink plenty of water and you can pretty much eat what you want. Just portion it out. Make sure to add up all the calories you have eaten and make sure you get to at least 1,200 calories a day so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. Good Luck. :)

    Th most successful was definatly the Sacred heart diet. You can lose anywhere between 10lbs and 17lbs depending on your weight etc.

  5. 1300 calories, 4 cups of green tea a day, 8 glasses of water and do cardio once in a while. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and healthy food. You'll lose 1 pound a week or more.

  7. from personal experience, when i counted grams of fat and nothing else. i limited myself to 40 grams of fat a day. so i ate huge amounts of pasta, rice, potatoes, tomatoey sauces, veg, fish,, lean things, and low fat stuff, but didnt count any calories. i lost weight fairly slowly, about 2 lb a week, but i didnt feel deprived or hungry and took to work with me big bowls of pasta salad, which kept me going all day.

    makes me wonder why im not doing that now really, instead of flaming slim fast,, but my boyfriend wont eat pasta so its difficult to cook for the both of us and he likes fatty meat too so its better for me to stay way from food altogether, howeve,r on that diet, i lost about 3 stone, it was just something i made up myself
