Girls,which sport has made the strongest or fittest ?

I dont think I framed this question too well but which sport do you think has made you fitter and stronger than any other sport you have played and why do you say that..my friend feels gymnastics is the one which has the maximum impact on strength but i feel its a tie between basketball and gymnastics..what do you think...

  4. cheerleading!!! i luv it you need to be strong to lift girls in the air thats where i got all of my muscle i luv cheerleading try it

  5. Soccer, you do the most running in it EVER, even though I play goalkeeper, but you need strength in your hands, arms, and legs to play that, it is the sport that you run the most in.

  9. gymnastics no doubt. just picture 5 hours a day, 6 days a week of practice. non stop conditioning. definitely puts you in good shape.

  11. Cheerleading...you might think cheerleading is an easy sport but trust me before a game and practice everyday you do excerises all the time..but I love it and it made me fit!!
