Guys always talk about how good volleyball girls' asses look in spandex. Do you girls do any exercises that happen to shape and tone the ***? I know you don't focus on looks, but are there any exercises you do for the game that just so happen to provide these benefits?

  1. girl if you got a big booty you got a big booty instead of  "lunges" why don't you prove to those boys that huge spike you have because there's more to girls than their sexapeal. POWER TO YA GIRL

  2. My coach had us squat down and touch the floor between your legs (not bend over) and then jump in the air and act like you're blocking. Two sets of 25 will wear you out quickly. Also, bleacher laps or stadiums will do the trick, trust me! And like everyone else has already said, lunges work really well if you do enough of them...you can also add weights or dumbless to help tone your arms.

  3. um, no not rly! haha, i just have a nice *** naturally! lol

  4. For the arms:

    Push ups

    Hindu Push up

    Wheelbarrow

    crabwalk

    bench press

    Abs:

should work for core and do some crunches

    Legs:

    lunges

    leg press

You should try the stairs.  That is good for the legs

  5. i agree with ALMT, lunges help tons! & to shape up your abs do crunches or get one of those balls to do crunches on!

  6. When I played volleyball I had a strict workout everyday. I ran half a mile. I did high knees, heel kicks, shuffles, karaokes, and suicides. Also i did about 100 crunches, 50 push ups, 75 squats, and lunges. Also two days a week I did weight training. I was very toned.

  7. SQUATS AND LUNGES.

    wall sits too.

not only do they help your a**, but they help you in volleyball.

  8. Lunges, lunges, LUNGES!  And lots of them!

Also...when you're at your school gym, you can use the bleachers for this:  Standing on both feet, jump to the first "step", using your ams as well.  Jump down and repeat.  Do this 10 times in sets of three.  We did this in two-a-days practice for volleyball and I noticed positive changed in my rump!

Seriously, though...if anything - do lunges!
