Girls & Guys: Can you please give me advice on this girl in my class? 10 points!?

I am almost 21. This girl is 18. We are in a college class together, and we are in the same group of four together (our teacher made us be in groups.) My cousin is in our group too, and when I invited my cousin (who is also a girl) to join our group, she introduced me to this cute girl who is her friend and said "can she join too?!" And immediately, this girls yes got kinda wider, and she locked her eyes on mine. (Throughout that class period when we were talking, she ALWAYS gave me full eye contact when we spoke to each other.)

I've only made a couple of jokes around her, and she smiled and laughed at all of them so far....and one of the jokes was me being sarcastic. At the end of class, I told my group it was a pleasure meeting them. I wished her a good day, and then she was walking slowly (to allow me to continue talking with her, maybe?) so her and I talked for about 10 more seconds then we said bye.

The 2nd day of class, I walk into the classroom, and I look over to my right where the desks are, and her face and eyes are already locked onto me. She is sitting beside the other two people in our group, but there were no open seats. So, she smiles and waves at me, and then my other group members do too. After class, people are leaving the room, but before I approach the door, the girl is already looking at me again. So, (because I like her) I looked at her and we met eyes again, but I quickly looked at the other members of my group, and told them "Hey, I'd like to get together sometime early next week so we can go over chapter one." Yet again, this girl's eyes get a little bigger and she is kind of wide eyed, staring directly into my eyes, and she kinda had the semi-shocked look on her face. Nobody else had agreed to study yet, but she gave me full eye contact, and said "Okay!" LOL...I felt her tone was kind of like saying "Yeah, I'd like that."

Sorry that it seems I am being so specific about everything, but I would really like to ask this girl out sometime. She is friends with my cousin. So...

1. Does she have a crush on me? Would she say yes if I asked her out next week? (We've only known each other for 4 days.)

2. If she likes me, would she have mentioned it to my cousin?

3. Should I just ask her out sometime when class is over and say "Hey when do you get out of class for the day?" And then when she says "Right now" or "I have one more class to go to," should I then say "Well I am getting hungry and was wondering if you'd like to get something to eat with me?"

4. Can I tell if she likes me or not, just by the way her eyes look when she looks at me?

  1. 1. she likes you. she would say yes in a heartbeat

    2. ask your cousin, she would know

    3. sounds like a great ides, she will accept

    4. she definatly likes you

  2. well it sounds like this girl really likes you.. you cant be sure so i would go with #3 and ask her to hang out sometime. at least this way you can tell if she is excited or not. if she is, take her out to eat and you can talk things over with her. a good line at lunch to start that convo is "so i think you are my favorite in the class right now" and see what she says. i hope it works out !

    hope this helps you

  3. Number 3 is a great plan. :)

And I've never seen a guy pay this much attention to detail. So uh, kudos to you.

    Hope it goes alright. :)

    As for number 1,2,4.

    1. If you don't know, how can we know? It seems like she does find you more interesting than most people though. You definitely do have a good shot at a positive answer if you ask her out.

    2. The most she would've told your cousin is that she thinks you're cute/hot/etc., if anything at all. It's only been 4 days after all.

    4. Wide eyes is not a sure example that she does like you. You can give it some time and look for: Twirling her hair, making an excuse to touch you (invisible lint), purposely finding a seat next to you, etc.

  4. On that second day was she lookin' fly?  Did she come to class looking and smelling real good?  That should tell you something right there.  If I were you, I would invite her over to study and I would make her dinner and take it from there.  From what you said, she would be down 100.
