It's not as bad... It mainly hurts down there because of the pubic bone...

I actually had it happen to me once... A girl was mad at me and she was really in a blind rage. She ran towards started hitting against my chest...

Well she was rather thin and I am tall and comparatively strong so I just reacted by holding her arms... she then started flipping up both knees... That was basically when I got mindful for a second and lifted her up, put her to the side and got out of there... I was more irritated than hurt. I was glad later on that I didn't response the way I would have a few years before that because that would have been bad for her...
