Girls/Ladies, Would you agree that spots and pimples on a boy/mans face is a really sickening sight?

Depends on how nasty they look. If they were boils that were popping pus and a whole bunch of inflamed pimples then yes.

everyone gets pimples, and they are somewhat hard to get rid of/control. So im not going to be the one to blame a guy just because he has a few pimples, because i have them too!

pretty much everyone gets them, and they arent that sickening to me.

If he has them like everywhere and they are really red and inflamed and its like SEVERE acne.. then it kind of ticks me off. but most of the time, I dont mind.

Spots arent pretty, but if he was good looking apart from that, it wouldnt really matter. Its only because when we think of pimples we think of geeky slimy pimle faced mcdonalds worker with glasses and buck teeth LOL but thats certainly not always the case

Dont know to be honest, if the spots were really bad and full of pus and **** then id be put off but if it was only a few then it would be ok.
