Girls Mom threats me for talkn dirty to daughter on texts

Question

I'm not sure about this topic 50/50, she said her friends were sleeping over at her house, so could be a friend, could be the mom

Were both 14, I'm not even sure how all this started but eventally we were talkn dirty not hardcore just light, then she asked if I was down to send her a pic of my, yeah.

I told her I was shy about it and wasnt sure, after 20 min I finally agree'd and sent it, then fell asleep, I wake up to get a text from her mom from same phone saying that "This is so and so's mom we will be talking to the police about the texts" and that was it

Can I actually get in trouble for this? I know were under-age but things like this eventually happen to someone and that happened to be me, so were under-age, she asked ME to send her the pictures, after 20 min I agreed and sent, and her mom said she was gonna call the police, am I in any way gonna go to court for this?

Remember this could be the friend or the mom but I want to make sure if it is the mom that I can't get in trouble

Point is

AM I in ANY way able to get in trouble for This incindent?

The sending of actual text messages that are dirty is not likely going to get you in trouble, what will get you in trouble is you sending pictures of your genitalia.  Since you are under age, it is considered child pornography and you could end up getting into serious trouble.

Yes it CAN be distributing Child p**n. You are under 18 so you are a child. Genitalia is pornography. Even though she asked for it you sent her child p**n, so distributing. Now I'd make sure I keep the messages if you haven't got rid of them. Your best hope for a lighter sentence would be showing that she requested it. This is all worst case scenario though. Even if your friend's mom talks to the cops that doesn't mean they will feel the need to press charges. Would her mom be the type who would annoy the cops endlessly? If she is just the type who will go to them and explain what happened they may look the other way, or give you a warning. If her mom is the type that keeps pestering them about it they will be more likely to press charges to get rid of her. Next time DON'T send pictures and don't start talking dirty. It's the only way to be safe. Sure if it had been a cop you could say it was entrapment, but that isn't going to apply in a case like this.

I don't think you will get in any trouble. You're both 14 and i don't think that would be considered "p**n" or harassment. If it was your friend's mom...will your friend back you up?

Believe it or not, you could (*could*) be charged with disseminating child pornography for sending a photo of you own genitalia.
